This listing is for a Custom Needle-Felted Horse felted in the likeness of your actual horse!! The little horse in the above photos is just an example of a custom horse that I have felted... he is not available any longer for sale... You will receive a little sculpture of your own horse!!
Here's how it works... send me pictures of your horse and I will create a miniature fiber sculpture with a likeness of him or her!! These sculptures end up between 4-6 inches tall when they're all through and they're made of sheep's wool over a wire armature! They will have glass beaded eyes and will be free-standing!
For anyone not familiar with needle felting, these little critters start off as a bit of wool fiber or "fluff". Special barbed needles are used to poke the wool fiber hundreds and hundreds of times until it begins to bind together and is then sculpted into these little horses... No doubt a labor of love!!!
These sweet little ponies are collectibles and not suited as toys for small children.
Please note... this is a Made-to-Order item. Please allow me 2 weeks minimum to make up your little horse!!! (This time frame could be much quicker, or a little longer than this... it just depends on my other orders at the time. I will let you know at the time of ordering how long it should be!)
