Say howdy to little Marco!! He is a Handmade little black and tan colored Dachshund that has been needle-felted by me, Kenya at Flomop Studio!! He is looking for someone to love him forever!!! He's well-behaved and gets along well with others, and he looooves to dig for moles!!!
PLEASE NOTE... This is a MADE - TO - ORDER item... the little dog in the pictures above has already been adopted, but I will felt you a little Marco of your very own that will be very similar to the one in the photos!!
If you're not familiar with needle felting... these little critters start off as a ball of wool roving or wool "fluff". Special barbed needles are used to poke the fiber hundreds of times, which in turn binds those fibers together... you then begin to use those needles to sculpt whatever critter you want!!
Marco is 100% sheep's wool over a wire armature with glass bead eyes and a handmade clay nose. He is not suitable for small children, as he is a collectible... but he should be fine for older kids!
Please note, this is a miniature sculpture measuring right about 3 inches long and about 2 inches tall!!
Marco will come with a paper name-tag tied around his neck for identification, and comes in a gift box!!
