This listing is for a Custom Needle-Felted Dog felted in the likeness of your real dog!! The actual pictures above are just examples of other little dogs that I have felted... they are not available any longer for sale... You will receive a little sculpture of your own dog!!
Here's how it works... send me pictures of your dog and I will create a miniature fiber sculpture with a likeness of him or her!! These sculptures end up between 3-5 inches tall when they're all through and they're made of sheep's wool over a wire armature! They will have glass beaded eyes and will be free-standing!
For anyone not familiar with needle felting, these little critters start off as a bit of wool fiber or "fluff". Special barbed needles are used to poke the wool fiber hundreds and hundreds of times until it begins to bind together and is then sculpted into these little dogs... No doubt a labor of love!!!
These sweet little dogs are collectibles and not suited as toys for small children.
Please note... this is a Made-to-Order item. Please allow me 1-2 weeks to make up your little dog!!! (This time frame could be much quicker than this... it just depends on my other orders at the time. I will let you know at the time of ordering how long it should be!)
