Meet sweet, little Hope!! She is a little, tiny mouse with a huge heart and is doing her best to contribute to breast cancer awareness!! She is looking for a loving family to call her own!! This little mouse is lovingly stabbed hundreds and hundreds of times for you by me, Kenya at Flomop Studio... She is a free-standing wool sculpture felted from 100% sheep's wool felted over a wire armature. She does have little beads for eyes and is holding a Breast Cancer awareness symbol!
PLEASE NOTE... the little mouse in the pictures above has already been adopted, but I will make you one of your very own that is very similar to the one in the photos! Please allow me 3-5 business days to create yours!!
If you 're not exactly sure what needle-felting is... no worries!! I'll explain it to you!! Needle-Felting is a dry felting technique where sheep's wool is poked hundreds of times by special barbed needles until the fibers begin to bind together, at which point, they become sculptable into shapes, like little Hope here! There is no pattern... each one is unique and never identical to any other! Creating these little critters is definitely a labor of love!!
This sweet, little mouse measures just under 4 inches tall!
